We have used Chameleon as we had run out of other options with a none payer. The customer had received around 20 phone calls, 7 emails and 2 letters from our accounts dept. I have to say after initially being rather sceptical about using a debt recovery company after a poor experience in the past, Chameleon have gone above and beyond my expectations. Not only have they recovered numerous overdue accounts and slow payers (that I had almost written off) they also tracked and traced 2 parents who owed money. Not only did they find them ( One family in Europe) but set up a substantial payment plan which I am more than happy with. I highly recommend Chameleon if you are looking for a cost effective way of recovering unpaid fees or invoices.

We have been in business for over 30yrs and have never used a debt collection agency before, so really didn't understand how this works.
We spoke to Gav who went through the process with us so we fully understood what would happen, costs etc.
